I was very pleased with the prompt & quick service. When I had
several questions regarding the installation techniques (my sprinkler
system pipes were tricky), I received a quick phone call with resolution
from the main office. The energy sealing package was more thorough than
I had expected. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend
them.

The folks at Magellan were good to work with. John came out and provided the estimate and provided a written proposal for the work. The cost estimate was very competative. The office staff was friendly and scheduled my job in short order after I ultimately accepted the bid. The team that came out arrived exactly when they said they would. They were courteous and professional and provided plastic protection to my floors and access window. When the work was completed the guys cleaned everything up with a smile. I think they went the extra mile to make this a good experience and I would definately recommend them to others.

I received three bids from other companies prior to contacting Magellan. The estimates were so high I concluded that I would do the work myself. In the hope that I could get a better price over Home Depot from an insulation company I gave Magellan a call. They do not sell retail, but offered to send someone out to give me an estimate. I almost turned them down, which would have been a mistake, because I did not think the results would be any different -- a bad assumption on my part. One of their estimators, Joe Moretti, was out the next business day. He assured me I would be pleased with the quote and that I would be hard pressed to buy the materials for what they could do the whole job. He was right. The quote I received was half the cost compared to the highest of the three bids I had received earlier and significantly less than the other two. It was also about same or possibly less than what the materials would have cost me at Home Depot or Lowes. I accepted the bid, scheduled the installation for a couple days later and that was it. Two gentleme showed up when expected and had the job done in 3 hours. I would have been at it for days!

They were fine, they did pretty good. There wasn't anything I didn't like.
