The demo and removal of the old deck went really fast. However the overall job took about a week longer than expected. It was difficult getting everything scheduled. Workmanship was average. Had some issues post installation that had some trouble resolving. Very competitive rate, but you'll have to work for it as well.
Description of Work: Removal of old wooden deck, old landscaping, debris removal. Installed a large concrete wrap-around patio.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS FAVORABLE. WE HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE WITH COMMUNICATION, BECAUSE HE AND HIS CREW ARE HAWAIIAN. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK WE RECEIVED.
Description of Work: WE HAD THE CONCRETE FROM OUR DRIVEWAY AND SIDEWALK UP TO THE FRONT DOOR TORN UP AND REPLACED WITH STAMPED AND COLORED CONCRETE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE ONLY THING WAS IT TOOK 3 MONTHS TO FINISH, WITH THE WEATHER AND OTHER JOBS IT TOOK FOREVER. THEY DID DO SOME WHAT OF GOOD JOB EXCEPT WE HAD A COLOR BOARDER AND THE BOARDER WENT ON THE MAIN PART OF THE PATIO, DRIVEWAY ETC. HE WAS GOING TO SEAL IT HOW IT WAS. HE CLEANED IT SEVERAL TIMES, BUT IT WAS STILL THERE. MY HUSBAND ENDED UP CLEANING IT OURSELVES.
Description of Work: WE HAD A PATIO WITH TWO SETS OF ROUND STAIRS IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE AND A NEW WALKWAY IN THE FRONT WITH A NEW DRIVEWAY.
