We had a pretty large deck that had completely rotted stairs down to the lawn, as well as spots of rotted floors. The deck was a pretty important feature of the house and extended out from the living room/kitchen from a second floor of the building. We needed the deck to be rebuilt to match the mid-century modern style of the house as fast of possible since we had the house on the market for sale. After reviewing other contractors, including some from the Angie's List, we decided to go with Nik because he specialized only in decks and sidings. I was also impressed with the high recommendation given by his previous clients, including a general contractor who hired him to do his own deck. Nik was very accommodating to our schedule and did the entire work in 4 days. We were very impressed with the quality of work and were very happy with the new deck.
