Gary was recommended to me by another company on Angie's List that doesn't serve my area. He returned my call immediately and thereafter remained available by phone and email and responded quickly. He came to inspect the chimney and fireplace and although there was much mortar missing and a couple of bricks loose he assured me it did not need rebuilding, just re-pointing. He answered my questions and volunteered information about my vintage fireplace. He seemed knowledgeable, friendly and forthright. He submitted a detailed estimate by email that evening. One month later I contacted him about doing the job and he was able to schedule it within a week. He showed up on time and finished in two days. In the course of the cleanup he cleaned out the gutter! Everything about this job went smoothly and pleasantly, and I am very happy with the final result.
