The work that was performed (paving and grading of my driveway) turned out great. The company was very responsive and gave me a free bid. The crew the performed the work did a great job and were respectful to my property. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

The work performed turned out great. The company was really responsive and listened to what I wanted. I enjoyed working with the project manager and the crews that performed the work. The company came right out to give me an estimate and then performed the work a couple weeks later. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Lived in the house for 19 years and the driveway only got worse over time. Getting a new driveway was the best decision I ever made. Love it. The guys were very professional. Not sure when I will need them again but if I need asphalt work I will call Lakeridge Paving

Lakeridge Paving has completed numerous public roadway improvement contracts for me at the City of Mercer Island over the past decade, all on time and with good quality.  Their project manager and superintendent set up a project schedule and work plan at the beginning of the Island Crest Way job and stuck to it, finishing the project two weeks ahead of the required completion date and under budget.  They managed their subcontractors to ensure those tasks were completed on time, keeping the overall project on schedule.  Traffic control was planned to minimize delay and disruption to the travelling public.  I received fewer complaints from the public than I expected during the 8-week long construction period.  Lakeridge's work crews were all experienced and competent, as were their subcontractors.

Good experience. Lakeridge provided options to lower price if desired(repair vs. replace). I chose to replace my asphalt in order to address drainage problems and assure a long term solution. Darrell, the job foreman is very personable. I did have a part of the asphalt that cracked within the first year and Lakeridge promptly came out and replaced that section.

THIS COMPANY GAVE US THE BEST BID FOR THE JOB AND WE DECIDED TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY. WE DID NEED FOLLOW UP WORK AFTER THE RAINY SEASON BECAUSE OF SOME RUNOFF AREAS BUT THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED THE PROBLEM WITH NO CHARGE.
