 + -1 moreTHE STORE WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN WHEN I WALKED IN. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 1 WEEK. IT TOOK LONGER BUT THE ESTIMATE WAS THE SAME AND MY HOOVER WORKS GREAT.
Description of Work: MY VACUUM STOPPED WORKING. IT WOULD TURN ON BUT THE MOTOR WOULD NOT WORK. IT IS ONLY 2 YEARS OLD SO I DIDN'T WANT TO BUY A NEW ONE.

 + -1 moreTHE WORK WAS DONE WELL. IT TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED AND THEY HAD NO LOANER VACUUMS. ITS VERY DIFFICULT FOR A FAMILY OF 5, TO NOT HAVE A VACUUM FOR 3 WEEKS-SO THAT WAS DISAPPOINTING. I FEEL THEY COULD REALLY ENHANCE THEIR SERVICE, BY OFFERING A LOANER VACUUM FOR A DEPOSIT FEE.
Description of Work: WE HAD OUR KIRBY VACUUM SERVICED-THE FAN, THE BACK PANEL WITH CORD HOOK NEEDED FIXED, THE POWERDRIVE HAD TO BE COMPLETELY OVERHAULED AND THE BELT HAD TO BE FIXED.
