THE STORE WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN WHEN I WALKED IN. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 1 WEEK. IT TOOK LONGER BUT THE ESTIMATE WAS THE SAME AND MY HOOVER WORKS GREAT.

THE WORK WAS DONE WELL. IT TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED AND THEY HAD NO LOANER VACUUMS. ITS VERY DIFFICULT FOR A FAMILY OF 5, TO NOT HAVE A VACUUM FOR 3 WEEKS-SO THAT WAS DISAPPOINTING. I FEEL THEY COULD REALLY ENHANCE THEIR SERVICE, BY OFFERING A LOANER VACUUM FOR A DEPOSIT FEE.
