He falsely represented himself. The police department filed charges against the sales representative.
At no time did Justin tell me he was filing Bankruptcy. His reception folks (5 total) flat out lied to me over the phone. Justin and his staff would not answer my numerous calls. Half the roof project was started only to massively leak causing damage to the contents to the extent that it ruined several items. No follow up, absolutely no integrity from anyone in his organization. He left the project unfinished and did not care if any damage occurred due to the rain and unfinished roof.
I had two signed contracts with "Just in Time" on the header, the owner did little to protect his reputation or his obligations.

The work was very terrible. The original agreement was that the work would be done in 2 to 3 weeks, it ended up taking almost 6 months! They kept making excuses that they were losing too much money on the job, when they agreed that no matter how much water damage they would fix it. It was supposedly already taken into account in the bid. The damage ended up being a bit larger than expected, the original bid was for around $10k, we agreed to add about an extra $2k to make up for this. We told them that the $10k was all that we had and that we would need to borrow the other $2k, and that is all we can afford. The owner agreed to do the rest of the work for that much, knowing that's all we had left. They kept not showing up when they said they would, coming up with excuse after excuse. The boss was supposedly up in Alaska so he couldn't come out and check up on the work. The tile put in the bathrooms were done well (in my opinion). The tile guy was the only one that would communicate with me, he told me what the company was doing to me was not right. But the guy who installed the tile was quickly fired because "he couldn't do the work he claimed to be able to do" according to the owner. But later on another employee told me it was because he was talking bad about the company to me. All in all, it ended up that all of the work that was agreed to didn't get finished. The work that was done was so poorly done that I have no confidence in it holding up to the weather. Also upon final payment the company added in an additional $3-$4k. When asked about it, reminding him that we already borrowed $2k and that we didn't have anymore, he said they had every right to adjust the contract by up to 20% and that if we didn't pay, the owner would put a lean on our home the very next day. We reluctantly negotiated the price down to about an even $14k. So we ended up with a bunch of poor work that will need to be re-done, and owe family a lot of money. I didn't want to take it to court or let him put a lean on the home because I hear that damages your credit. I feel VERY taken advantaged of and would never recommend this company to anyone. I had high hopes for the company, cause everyone seemed nice at first, but it seems that they were just leading us along before taking advantage of us at the end.

The roof we had installed is a lifetime asphalt shingle. We chose the " Grand Canyon LT " This company was very responsive from start to finish. I never had to do a call back. The crew did the entire job in 1 day. The was no damage to our property and they cleaned up nicely. We had four bids for this job and Just N Time came in with the best price. We would highly recommend them.
Update 9/25/2014 Contractor installed the wrong flashing and had promised to correct it. We didn't notice it until after we had paid for the job. After 6 times making an appointment and never showing up or calling, we conclude that they never intended to keep their promise. Because of this we would no longer recommend them.

We have a split level home. The downstairs area was "semi-finished" with a rec room, office and bathroom/dark room. We had a rodent infestation that was taken care of by exterminators but left the downstairs needing to be redone. (Ugly drop down ceilings, paneling in the office area. Very 1970's)
We contacted this company at the remodeling expo in Seattle. After coming out, taking measurements and determining the requirements for the project they submitted a bid. We decided to go with them for the remodel. Estimate was three weeks.
First they helped us by packing up the contents of the downstairs and moving them to the garage. That was great and helped us get going on the remodel sooner. (Two workers)
There was complete demolition of the downstairs. At no time were there more than two workers present and often only one. On several occasions the workers were pulled off this project to go work on another one without telling us. So, for several
days there was nobody working on our project. I think the no notice was probably the most annoying aspect.
There were several instances where insufficient materials were ordered. Delays accrued waiting on the materials. On several occasions the workers had to stop working to make a run to the hardware store for supplies. (Isn't this a project manager's task?)
Once the demo was done they starting hanging sheet rock. They did find some black mold and put water resistant sheet
rock (not sure what it is called) in those areas. The entire downstairs was sheet rocked, tape and textured. There is a lot of new high-tech lighting and paint throughout.
The electrical was done by a sub-contractor and was superb.
Painting was also done by a sub-contractor and again was superb.
Plumbing was done by Just N Time and thus far seems good.
The highlight (good highlight) of the bathroom remodel is when Justin foundan 1860's dresser with mirror to convert into a sink for my wife's bathroom. Very pretty.
In the end, the downstairs looks good. There are minor flaws that I will end up hiring a handyman to finish.
It took many phone calls to the owner and supposed project manager to get movement on the project. Communications was definitely one sided.
It took almost 10 weeks for the project to finally end.
COMMENTS:
1. Communications is NOT a priority with this company.
2.
The workers are good, skilled but lacking direction and often attention
to detail that had to be pointed out by my wife or myself.
3. Project management is virtually non-existent.
4. The work remaining could probably be done in a day or less.
5. Due to the weather, a great deal of sawing, etc. was done in our garage where our items were stored. We have had to do a LOT of cleanup of all of our possessions before bringing them back into the house. Several items were permanently ruined.
6. The lack of care continued, after getting some of the remaining rubbish from the house, the PM backed over a 30 year old hydrangia on the way out. (marked with several reflectors, sigh)
That's the project.

It went great. They were here when they were supposed to be here and got the job done on time. They have been good about the issues after the job as well.

It did not go very well at all. Their communications were not very good with us or amongst themselves. I know they are a newer company, but they are certified installers and I did not expect to have the ridge lines come out so sloppy that they had to be torn off and replaced. There was virtually no supervision on this job and I had to complain multiple times to get them to show up when they said and although the job is done and my roof doesn't leak, they still haven't come back to inspect and certify the roof!!!
