Jones Built Construction LLC

Jones Built Construction and Craig Jones are terrible general contractors. We hired them in Sept 2012 to do the work described above. Eight months later in March 2013, the job is only 40% complete and I am taking Jones Built Construction to small claims court to get some of our deposit back. He owes us $5000 for work he never completed and basically stole our money. The job started OK in Sept of last year. Each week Craig and his crew would do about 2 days worth of work. After 3 weeks, all activity on the job site slowed down. There would be weeks go by with no activity on the job nor contact from Craig. When I tried to contact him directly, he wouldn't answer my phone calls or emails. It was only after leaving messages for him each day for 10 days did he finally respond. In March 2013 he finally told me he was under financial strains and would not be able to finish the job. NEVER USE CRAIG JONES OR JONES BUILT CONSTRUCTION FOR ANY WORK. HE IS TERRIBLE.
