Although they were not the cheapest, they were the most professional. They did a walk through with me. They went through the trouble of telling us that they may not be able to get a stain out, but he would try his best. It was great.

a lot of animal stains, and he works extra hard to get whatever stain you have removed.  Very good, always happy with his work. Would recommend him to anyone.  We have been using Joe for probably 20 years

Joe and his team were very professional, friendly, and easy to get along with. I enjoyed having them at my home. They did amazing work and the allergens from the previous owners (especially in the basement) have now dramatically been reduced for me. cost wise, the price for my home would have been more pricey except Joe was willing to keep the cost at his original estimate of $250, thankfully for us. We great appreciated all their work, his willingness to provide a discount for the time being, and look forward to seeing him again sometime next year. Thanks Joe for everything!

He was very good about communicating scheduling.  He was punctual and arrived on time.  He and his helper did the work in a timely manner and the carpets looked great when they were done.

When we moved into our home it had several nasty pet stains that we were told couldn't be removed.  We had Joe work on the stains and he was able to make most of them disappear.  A couple of the stains have come back slightly, but overall it is a tremendous improvement.

They were good. They showed up on time and did a good job. The guy that came out was really nice. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, they are coming out again in a couple of weeks for some more work.

I picked Joe's since his business was not too far away, was family owned and operated, and from the positive reviews here on Angie's List. Joe the owner and one helper showed up and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. They did a thorough cleaning the carpets and really took their time to do the job right which I appreciated. Both Joe and his helper were both personable and professional. I would hire them again. Highly recommended!

They are reasonably priced and that?s good. They were very efficient and professional. My carpet quality is not great, so I did not expect them to do any wonders. It?s cleaner than what it was. The person who came was pleasant and efficient. He got in and out quickly. He was able to schedule me quickly.
