Matt is very responsive when I called for an estimate. He came to the house (I was not there) and took a look, left his card and his estimate at the front door. I called him like 2 to 3 weeks later to schedule the cleaning, he still remembers and we scheduled basically anytime since I don't need to be at home. He came out did it 2 days later. When I came home, all the moss are pretty much gone and no dirty stuff left around the house. But I did notice there is an area still not quiet clean, so I called him again and left a message. He called me back fairly quickly and said would come again the next day to make it clean. I met him the next day, he cleaned the area and even brushed the moss off the concrete stairs to the front porch (free of charge). This time everything looks so nice! I really appreciate the fact that he takes care of his customers and is very willingly to take the time to come back again. I would definitely recommend him to my friends who need a roof cleaning and would use his service again in the future.
