We hired Octavian to rebuild our deck, shed and fence. He was pleasant to work with, responsive, knowledgeable, experienced and timely. When we added new items (door replacements, fire tables, shed insulation), Octavian handled these change requests easily. He helped us meet permitting requirements and made sure any inspection concerns were promptly addressed. I would highly recommend IDL Construction and would be happy to work with Octavian and his crew on future projects.

I was very impressed with Octavian and his crew. They rebuilt a portion of out house/sunroom. They were very thorough and did an excellent job of cleaning up. Octavian adjusted when we added more work and was a delight to work with. I will use Octavian again in the future
