The technician, Tony, was able to figure out the problems right away and repaired right then and there. These people know what they are doing and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They also kindly fit me in at short notice.

I was impressed that I could get them here this week.  The service preson was prompt, courteous and professional.  He knew within a few minutes what was wrong and had the part with him to fix the problem.

I called this company because of the positive ratings on Angie's List but my experience could not have been worse.  My clothes dryer had all of a sudden stopped responding when I tried to turn it on so I called Home Appliance.  They came out and "fixed" the dryer but as soon as I tried to use it again the dryer made a loud, high-pitched squealing noise and sounded like there were nuts and bolts banging around in the dryer.
I called Home Appliance back expecting them to tell me that they would be right out to see what had happened since this problem was entirely new since their "technician" had come out to "fix" the dryer.  Instead, they told me that they would make me an appointment but that they thought that the problem was now that I needed a new motor.  I asked questions about this but they told me that the "fix" that had they had done was just to put in some lubrication but that they had thought the motor was bad the entire time (no one told me this).
Anyway, they came back out today completely unprepared with a new motor even though that was the entire reason for the second appointment.
Long story short, after the technician looked at the dryer and put it back together and turned it on, the dryer caught on fire!  My dryer is a loss and my house smells of burned rubber.
I am 100% worse off than when I called these people in the first place.  Best case, they don't know what they are doing and worse case they are con artists. Do yourself a favor and call someone else!

I have an Akso Washer & dryer -- of which the dryer has an auto-shut off for when the heating coils get too hot.  I did lint cleanup myself, but was unsuccessful in getting my dryer to work again properly. 

I called to Home Appliance Service as they were both authorized by Asko -and- well recommended on Angie's List. I had to wait 10 days before they had an opening in their schedule for a technician to come to my home for the repair.  This delay was awkward for me, but workable, as I have indoor clothes lines that I could use to dry my clothes. [Asko washers spin at a very high speed -- clothes are damp, not dripping when they come out of the washer.]

The technician arrived on time, was very courteous, answered my questions, was knowledgeable about my dryer, was able to diagnose the problem and was able to get it running again. I would definitely use Home Appliance Service again, even though I felt the charges were a bit high (no parts purchased; only services rendered for the $195).

Home Appliance Service has come out two times to work on my gas range. They have been accessible, on time, professional, and very easy to deal with.

See above. It was the new electrical part that cost a lot, by the way. Dimitri's charge for service was $128, which I felt was very fair. Given that in the past I've bought expensive insurance on this range AND have had major problems with the company's parts department, having Dimitri show up and fix the problem in about 30 minutes was well worth the money. This guy is great.

THEY WERE UNABLE TO COME FOR ONE AND A HALF WEEKS. THIS IS UNUSUAL AS BEFORE THEY CAME IN A DAY OR SO. I ACTUALLY ENJOY HAVING TONY IN MY HOME, NOT SOMETHING I FEEL ABOUT MOST REPAIRMEN. HE KNOWS HOW TO SERVICE CREDA APPLIANCES AND WILL GIVE YOU ADVICE IF YOU ASK FOR IT.
