HIGHLINE ROOFING

Overall it went well. Was charged extra for the height of my roof. Leak was repaired.

Our vacation home is about 90 miles from Seattle (north of Hoodsport). Dave drove out and gave me a detailed estimate of costs and time to complete. His bid was the best of several companies, so he was hired. He did a terrific job with the roof, replaced rotted wood, worked fast, cleaned up neatly, and was right on budget. Received labor and material warranty in writing. So satisfied, that I referred him to my neighbor...and he was hired to do his house as well.

Dave is great to work with. He was very responsive with calling us back promptly after an initial email. He tried getting us the best deal on some 40 year that was being discontinued, but it was not available in our color choice. He walked me through all color choices online while o the phone with him. When we asked for a ridge vent he wanted to make sure that the extra cost was necessary and did a great job explaining our options to us. At the same time, he said he'd do anything we wanted, but wanted to make sure we were well informed. I loved that!

We called Dave per a suggestion from our contractor. We initially were going with another company that gave us a good bid (we didn't know of Highline Roofing before), but the other company was too busy once we were ready. With the rain coming down, we really needed to get our remodel dried in and Dave could do it in a few days. THANK YOU DAVE!! As an added bonus, his price came in about a couple hundred $$ less than the other company. Dave also came by and inspected all the work done before sending us a final bill.

The roof looks amazing and we've received many compliments on it from neighbors. Who knew a roof could spark such interest?!?

A FLAT SECTION OF ROOF NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE ROOFER HAD TO WAIT FOR DRY WEATHER SO HE PATCHED AND REPAIRED THE PATCH AT LEAST ONCE IN THE RAIN. HE THEN REPAIRED THE AREA IN ONE DAY AND HAULED AWAY ALL DEBRIS - EVEN THE ANTENNA.
