We had laminate flooring installed on our first floor last week, and from start to finish, we've had a great experience with Petya and Damir. Petya was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with flooring selection, scheduling and logistics.They were both very responsive and patient with my questions throughout the entire process, plus Damir's expertise and experience put me at ease. I appreciated their line-by-line estimate and their good prices (compared to 4 other flooring companies in the area). On top of that, their quality customer service showed care and attentiveness. When I had a hard time picking out a style/color for our flooring, they listened to my preferences and offered suggestions, but were never pushy. Damir and his crew did an excellent job. It was expected to take 2-3 days, but they worked really hard, even staying extra hours to finish the job all in one day! This was accomplished even after having to put in extra work to fix the uneven subfloor. I was impressed by their work etiquette and also the end result. Our whole family loves the new flooring!
