We have used them in the past and they have set up our office for networking our office computers. They are our "go to" company for all our computer needs. I highly recommend them!
"This is the first time I have seen this report. I am a little confused by it and am wondering if the customer mixed us up with the other service. I researched our records and show that a technician was there on 6/20 and not 6/17 as stated in the report. The call description entered by our call center representative is as follows word for word: "The client unplugged the computer from the printer, and now she needs help setting them back up. The computer is not running slow, and has a normal fast boot up. The client does not back up the data, and has one computer. She is not sure if she has an antivirus, and is interested in getting one if necessary." The invoice (000427) states the technician checked and tested the printer. In addition, the technician installed antivirus for the customer. And to top it off the customer is a member, which means she receives discounted services from us. We will be contacting the customer. The information in the report clearly does not match up. What steps can I take to correct this? I can provide supporting documentation for everything I have said. Sincerely, Fast-teks 253-269-6800"
