As with everyone else it seems, he tool money in advance, and then disappeared. He did do 1/2 the job although it took 2 weeks for that, and he said it would be a 3 day job. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. Check him out on L&I's website to see judgments against him and his family.

Bad experience. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY Samiuel Vaka who has opened and closed several different companies. Check L&I website to see claims against him. Extreme Concrete is just another company in his wife's name. Same guys, same scam.

Owner represented company well, has active license. Knowledgeable about concrete, had lots of good ideas. We paid half up front ($3250) as agreed in the contract. Owner never showed up when promised. Started prep work after many phone calls to him. Owner then asked for more money to get supplies after only one day of work. Used old wood and supplies to do job. Claimed he didn't have enough money for rebar despite paying him $3250. Still waiting for him to come and place gravel and rebar. Not optimistic he will show up.

I paid them half down and he asked for another $1000. He ruined my property and only did 1/4 of the work. I will be suing him for damages and hopefully get my money back. I would discourage anyone from using him. His license was revoked.
