+ -1 moreExcellent. They protected landscaping during segments of the job. They had appropriate tape and masking gear. They even protected neighbor cars with car covers (not tarps) during moments when some risk of overspray existed. The neighbors were impressed.
Description of Work: The house was completely prepared on the exterior, body, trim, and windows. Their crews came with appropriate equipment, stored onsite during the job, including scaffolding, ladders, spray equipment, specialized rollers, and sized brushes. The exterior was thoroughly washed and then allowed to dry for more than a week while surface preparation was also accomplished. They scrapped, peeled, did minor repairs, sanded, and caulked siding, window joins, and trim. The house was then painted, two coats, with drying time between coats.
