Initial estimate for completion was 6-8 weeks and our job finished in 9. However for 3 weeks near the end of the project we had nobody working on our renodek and little communication around schedule or when to expect workers on-site. That being said, the work that the sub-contractors did was excellent once they were on-site. Once I started sending daily emails and following up with calls we started seeing movement. Plan on over communicating, ask lots of questions if you are purchasing any of the fixtures (you say that any 36” sink will work, but do the drains need to be centered?), ask for options on countertops (does that come in a 10’ slab so that we only have one seam and not two), and plan on actively managing your project.

Maybe a little bit better in terms of scheduling. Things like the countertops installation because there were delays in between the cabinets and the countertops. They have good quality. Their price is comparable to everybody.

The first guy who came out was very professional and very friendly.  He knew what he was talking about and he looked at the area that we need to be remodelled and came out with a basic.  I will rate them good.  The guy who owns the company came out last weekend because he goes to all the jobs that he thinks they are going to do to meet the owners and to make sure that the plan has been developed is correct and anything that might be a problem during the remodel he can see or can get hit with something more as far as money is concerned.  

I think that the price that they quoted us was reasonable.  If you pick out the materials yourself, you can have it delivered then you don?t have to pay the mark up on them for coming in and bringing it with them.  It will really be a good deal and save us money on the mark up cost.  Everytime I call them, they call back immediately.  They were right on time when they said they will come here.  I give them a ?B? on professionalism since I never worked with anybody before and since they have not started anything else yet.  

They did a good job on the quote and follow up.   

The salesman didn't seem to know as much about the windows as he should have. We almost didn't go with this company until we met Jeff, the installer. After that we were fully confident that everything would go well. The wrong order came not once, but twice so the installation was delayed almost 2 months. The salesman didn't let us know about the problem at the owner of the company, Dan, was great to call us and let us know what had happened. Once the windows arrived Jeff, the installer, was excellent and have them all in in one week. Overall it was a good experience and the windows look beautiful!

My experience with him has been quite pleasant. We got very good service - not perfect, but we have a good working relationship. My biggest appreciation of him, is that he's an independent contractor and has his own team. We were able to work very closely, and along the way, we were able to make modifications to the original design to my satisfaction. He was very understanding and didn't try to push me. The individual's workmanship of the people on the team was not as good as it could've been. Some of the other individual's workmanship was quite good.
