Subaru Legacy was overheating, was told it was going to be a $2200 repair since it was likely a blown head gasket (something Subaru's are known to do). Dave and crew could have charged me the full $2200 and replaced the head gasket, but instead found my thermometer was faulty and replaced it for around $80 instead, electing to do the more conservative repair first to see if it would solve my issue. It did!
Three months later, the Legacy was having issues again, but this time my car was having problems heating up this time. Took back to Do-Rite, the thermostats was stuck open this time. They had the part under warranty with Car Quest, and Do-Rite replaced it again. No hassel, no extra charge, they just did the right thing!
Every exchange between myself and the staff at Do-Rite has been very pleasant and professional. They use to be a muffler shop in the past, so I wasn't sure if they could do anything else, but since they have been under Dave's ownership they do EVERYTHING (gas, diesel, oil, brakes, major repairs, you name it).
I'll have a timing belt change coming up in a few hundred miles, you bet I will be taking it to Do-Rite without hesitation.

It all went very well, and the brakes are performing just fine. Daughter is happy, too, so we will use this service again, for our cars as well.

I took my Honda Fit to Do Rite for an oil change. I'd never used them before, but was drawn in by the price, $19.95, plus tax. When I got the car back, the oil life counter was not re-set. After writing an initial bad report to Angie's List, I got a handwritten letter from the owner, explaining the situation to me and offering a free oil change. As a consequence, I have changed my opinion of this business to a favorable one, as they are responsive to their customer's concerns.

I needed a repair to my exhaust pipe after whacking it on a speed bump. (It had come apart at a flanged joint in the middle of a pipe run.) They removed the rusted, broken section and welded in a patch in less than an hour, for $60, after I had walked in off the street asking if I needed an appointment for an estimate. Can't beat that service, and I'm grateful that they didn't try to up-sell me something I didn't need.

Took my car to the dealership twice and they kept telling me nothing was wrong. They told me not to worry about the ticking noise beacause they couldn't find anything wrong. Also my car was hesitating and they told me it was normal. I've had my car 7 years and know its noises and how it should run. So I took it to Do Rite well talking with them they had a idea what could be wrong. I left it with them and they found cracks in the manifold and a problem with the muffler. They fix the car and where very nice people. I feel they where very far in price. After all the dealership said nothing was wrong and charged me more then Do rite to do nothing. I'm happy to say I now have a place to take my car that I trust and like. I will be using them from now on.
