DK was extremely professional and fixed the problem the first time. The tech even showed me exactly how to do the maintenance in the future, if I wanted to do it myself. He explained why the problem was occurring, and showed me all of the steps he took to fix it. I was super impressed. If you have a Rinnai tankless water heater, I would highly recommend DK.
