Theyre husband and wife duo....amazing people. They are on time and on schedule always. His very honest of his work. I highly recommend them. As a matter of fact they will do the rest of the projects in my house.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR is the short version of my review. If I could upload a picture, I would add **see picture below** Let me describe how Diamond Construction replaced a fence post, just the facts, without editorializing. I certainly understand if you want to skip to the last paragraph rather than read the **repair** details. First, they cut the fence panel to the right of the post off. Then removed the panel to the left. They dug a new post hole to the left of the original post hole and installed a new post and placed concrete in the hole. Since the left panel was now too long to reinstall intact, they cut about a foot off and reinstalled, toenailing into the new post. As for the right panel, which was now too short, they added a new 2x4 stringer (rail) above and below the original stringers and reattached to the new post, leaving the original stringers (rails) still attached. Finally, to cover the one-foot gap created by moving the fence post location they used a couple of fence boards from the section they cut out of the left panel. To top off the repair, they covered the one-foot gap on the cap 2x4 by installing a new one-foot section of 2x4. My description certainly lacks the impact that a simple picture would have. In addition to canceling payment for the **repair**, I am now seeking bids to repair the repair before I get a notice from the homeowners association. I am thoroughly amazed that this contractor is in business and even more amazed that they are **Screened and Approved** by HomeAdvisor.

I will make no qualms about it. I am a perfectionist. They did a great job cleaning the concrete , both exposed arrogate and broom finish driveway and patios at my house. The surfaces had not been cleaned for 8 years. My only complaint is they missed a couple of small spots and could have cleaned the spray off some areas where dirt had blown up on the house and adjacent structures were they cleaned. But YES , I would hire them again and recommend them to a friend.

They try very hard to please and do a good job.

I asked when they gave me the estimate if they preferred cash or credit card. They said they did not take credit cards. They bid the job but when I payed with a check (I thought that was cash), they informed me I had to pay another 10% ($1650 instead of $1500) because they were now having to pay taxes. I payed taxes when i earned the money, they should pay taxes when it is their business. In addition, they installed some very short sections of deck (4 ft.) trying to save money on not buying longer boards.

On-time, as scheduled and were very reliable in completing the job.

Very professional and always asking me if I was happy with the way it was going. Very hard workers. They did such a good job that several neighbors asked them for bids for projects they wanted done.

They showed up right on time, gave us a quote for cleaning and repairs of our gutters. we accepted the quote and they did the work the same day. we would definitely recommend.

Two of the hardest workers I've hired from homeadvisors. After the work was done, by the way they did an excellent job, they cleaned up, put everything back in place, did a walk through inspection noting issues they saw even not part of their hire. I have other work this summer and Diamond will definitly be the first place I call.

I really needed to have my windows cleaned before thanksgiving and unfortunately, I waited until the last minute to find a window cleaner. On the Sunday before thanksgiving I sent out a request through HomeAdvisor and immediately got a response from Diamond Construction. I called them and they came out within 2 hours to give me a bid for my windows. I have a large daylight rambler with ALOT of windows and sliders, as well as lots of clear glass railings around our upper deck. Fortunately for me, they said they could do it on that Tuesday and they were reasonably priced for sure! They brought all their own equipment and went quietly and diligently to work. They were kind, professional and considerate of our inside furniture and outside plants. When they were done, my windows and sills were so clean I just loved looking out the windows and enjoyed my view of the outside even more. I was so pleased with the service that I requested they come out again in August/September 2020 to clean the windows again as we prepare the house for a big family event. They also do small paint jobs and they would surely be one of the first companies I would call. I would definitively recommend them to my family and friends. Call them for a bid, you won t be disappointed.
