About us

Davis Piano Service has acquired Best Piano Services. We are now one of the largest piano service companies in the greater Seattle-Tacoma area. Bill and Nancy Mills, former owners of Best Piano Services, have re-located to Oceanside, CA to be closer to their children and grandchildren. We appreciate their contributions to the South King County music community for the past 20+ years, and wish them well in their new endeavors

Bob tuned our piano after moving it from Cincinnati. He was friendly and professional. I think the job took him longer than anticipated, though no change in price. Sounded good once he was done!

Bill was great. He called the day before to confirm the appointment. He was friendly and put up with my dogs, who were interested and at times unhappy with the noise of piano tuning. He gave me some recommendations for extending the life of the piano and was straight-forward on how often it should be re-tuned. He was also fairly inexpensive relative to other quotes I got and have seen.

Bill was very warm and friendly, but professional. He worked quickly, getting the tuning done within 1 hour. Had some helpful advice for keeping the piano in good shape, too.

BILL MILLS IS VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT HIS WORK. HE WAS ON TIME AND THE PIANO SOUNDED BEAUTIFUL WHEN HE WAS DONE. IT WAS REALLY OUT OF TUNE FROM A RECENT MOVE!

THE GUY THAT CAME OUT SEEMED TO REALLY KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE LABORED OVER IT SEEMINGLY TO PERFECTION AND HE IDENTIFIED A SLIGHT STIFFNESS WITH ACTION OF ONE OF THE PEDALS. VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK.
