 + -1 moreBob tuned our piano after moving it from Cincinnati. He was friendly and professional. I think the job took him longer than anticipated, though no change in price. Sounded good once he was done!

 + -1 moreBill was great. He called the day before to confirm the appointment. He was friendly and put up with my dogs, who were interested and at times unhappy with the noise of piano tuning. He gave me some recommendations for extending the life of the piano and was straight-forward on how often it should be re-tuned. He was also fairly inexpensive relative to other quotes I got and have seen.
Description of Work: Bill Mills came out and tuned our piano. It had not been tuned since we acquired it two years ago.

 + -1 moreBILL MILLS IS VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT HIS WORK. HE WAS ON TIME AND THE PIANO SOUNDED BEAUTIFUL WHEN HE WAS DONE. IT WAS REALLY OUT OF TUNE FROM A RECENT MOVE!
Description of Work: BILL MILLS, THE OWNER, CAME TO MY HOUSE TO TUNE MY BABY GRAND PIANO. HE ALSO CLEANED THE INSIDE AND DID A MINOR REPAIR ON THE BENCH.

 + -1 moreTHE GUY THAT CAME OUT SEEMED TO REALLY KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE LABORED OVER IT SEEMINGLY TO PERFECTION AND HE IDENTIFIED A SLIGHT STIFFNESS WITH ACTION OF ONE OF THE PEDALS. VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK.
Description of Work: WE HAD BEST PIANO COME OUT TO TUNE OUR GRAND AND TO GIVE A GENERAL ASSESSMENT OF ITS CONDITION.
