They sent me a post card so I called them. The advertising indicated they send 3 people out but they sent only one. They did not honor the 10% discount that was advertised and I am still waiting for the difference to be mailed back. They charged me $171 and it was supposed to be full service but they did not dust everything well and they had to use my own vacuum cleaner. I discussed all of this with Sean and I let him know I would not be using them again.

Super! Sean is wonderfully professional providing the quote. Lori is the scheduling maven I work with who calls to remind me of appointments. Rosa is the lead cleaner for our home. It's great to work with a consistent team--I've used them for the past several years and they have a very low turnover rathe.

Used them for approx 9 months. In that time, they managed to break two items from my travels around the world (in other words, very difficult to replace). One item marred a wall when it fell and that section had to be repainted.

Their last chance was wasted when they were cleaning my master bath, a piece of tile came loose. Instead of keeping the piece so it can be re-attached, they threw it away!  I called to have them fix this and was told it will be taken care of immediately, however, after a few weeks of not hearing back I called them again. This time they responded and sent someone to remove the old, broken tile and replace with a near-match. It is not an exact match and is noticeable to me every time I look at it. They also didn't match the grout - but I didn't want to deal with them anymore and just handled it myself at that point.

There are many house cleaning services out there, spend your time with a better one.

She called an hour or so ahead of time and said she is running about half hour late. They came in about 40 minutes late. Work was very professional.
If they offered me the same rate for ongoing monthly cleaning, I would have hired them but their monthly rate was much higher than the $118 I paid for this service.

I originally bought a deal for 4 hours of housecleaning. The deal was refunded but I was unaware of this. The company knew this but did not discuss this with me before doing work for me and I was charged about $40 more for the work. The two people left 10 mins early (20 mins of time I never got)

It looked great when they left!  

The communication was polite and on point. The services were fantastic. When I received the follow up call regarding my experience, I asked to continue the services on a monthly basis.

Cleaned the house after my surgery yet I had left a specific list and called and let them know and the cleaning person/lady did not work off the list at all, just cleaned house as she knew how

It was a while back.  It was a good service.  It was satisfactory.  They did what they said they were going to do and I got what I paid for.

I have special needs that I want done for my allergies.  They dust walls for me and they have no problem doing extra things for me.  They arrive on time and do a good job.  I have been using them for a couple of years.  Sean the manager from the Kent office is extremely helpful.

The house is very clean and smells very fresh without chemical smells. The cleaners are professional and very thorough. I have been using this company for at least 10 years.

It was okay, but they were not able to clean a few things that I wanted. The girl that came out did a good job though.

The cleaners were terrific.  Very professional, very thorough; wanted to make sure I was happy with the work they were doing.  Asked questions (e.g., what did I want them to use to clean the hardwood floors), but then got on about the business.  Got a lot done in 2 hours (two persons worked 2 hours).

When I bought this Big Deal, I was somewhat concerned about the comments from prior customers regarding slow responsiveness from the company, and unfortunately I had this experience as well.  I did not hear from this Big Deal supplier within 48 hours, and I had to ask Angie's List for help to get their attention. HIs first response to me was 10 days after I purchased the Big Deal.  

Angie's List then encouraged me to communicate with Sean via a telephone call, and that brought a fairly quick response.  The dates I had originally listed were almost all gone when we finally talked, but we did agree on a date about three weeks out.  Sean was unable to tell me at the time of booking whether the cleaning would be morning or afternoon, or how many cleaners would be coming (i.e., did I need to set aside two or four hours for the cleaning to be done) and said he would call me the day before to confirm that information.  That was a little off-putting.

I had to cancel at the last minute due to a family emergency, but when I called Sean, he was very accommodating, and we rescheduled to a better date.  I did, however, have to contact him the day before to get confirmation of when and how many cleaners to expect.  

Bottom line, while I was frustrated initially, the cleaners sent to my home were very good.  I would encourage anyone buying a Big Deal from this entity not to simply wait for a response as I did, but to call because then Sean is responsive.  I would also not expect immediate service.  But you will like the results.

We were expecting a more in depth cleaning for their spring cleaning deal.  In turned out to be a more of a basic cleaning though. 

I love them. The price is not bad and it's pretty reasonable for this big house we live in. It's spotless. They have a system, they start with the kitchen and then work outward. At the very end they are washing the floors as they go out the door. They have it all done, she goes upstairs and down, vacuumed and others.

The work was for a certain amount of hours. They have completed that part of the agreement and we are now going to try them once a month for cleaning. There were a couple of details that were overlooked in the initial cleaning but they were very responsive when this was pointed out.

Exceptional. The two ladies that came to our home were professional and a delight to work with. Very personable. Strongly recommend this company again. We had a tough time initially connecting as the owner was out of town. The only recommendation I have would be for owners to communicate with managers or staff taking orders about Angies List and the service offer. This company is not the only one I have experienced this with. Staff should know about the "deal" and what it entails.

I wasnt satified with the quality of work.  Ceiling fans were not dusted or cleaned. Dust bunnies were left. 
I spoke to the owner and made arrangements for him to inspect the work. He advised that he would have to increase the price.
 I agreed to the price increase.  When the work performed the following the owner's inspection was not acceptable- I
discontinued the service.  I will not use them again.

I now use PRO MAIDS!
I am very pleased!!
ProMaids calls a day ahead to confrim the appointment.
Pro Maids calls half an hour before they arrive.
Pro Maids inquires as to specific requests for that week's cleaning.
They are not on Angie's List that I have seen.
Pro Maids is the BEST!
