The worst. If there was a viable alternative to Comcast I would switch in a second. Since converting to an all digital format Comcast has advertised digital conversion boxes for televisions that needed them to be compatable. After 3 on line requests, two phone requests and one trip in person to the physical location I still do not have a box for my tv. On each request - on line and over the phone - I was assured that the hardware was on its way - which turned out to be not the case. When I went to the retail location there was a line completely filling the interior of the store and out into the parking lot. Wait time in excess of an hour is unacceptable and I left without even getting into the store. So there is no way I would recommend this company, however there aren't other options so the choice is to live with it or disconnect. Disconnecting appeals to me more and more every day.

They were on time and friendly and they were considerate of our home and very professional on figuring out where the lines were. It did take a follow to fix some small problems, because we didn't get the full service when we thought we were they said to tell them that and they would fix it on our next bill.
Description of Work: We had our old phone service through quest so we upgraded to Comcast to a more premium cable to digital.
