George has done many projects for me over the years. On y last project, I called him up, he gave me a price over the phone based on square footage figures. His prices have always been fair. We scheduled a time for him to insulate. They went to the site, did their work and left. They left the home clean as though they had never been there.

I first called Chinook insulation on a Monday and I did not hear back from them. I called back on Tuesday and they mentioned that they did not get the message that I had left so I am not sure what happened? I spoke with George, the owner, and explained what I needed done and the sqft of the space. He gave me his quote over the phone which was far less than others had quoted. We setup an appointment for Friday at 9:30AM. I arrived at about 9:28AM and George and his sons (family business) were there waiting for me. We went over what we had discussed on the phone, I then had him check in another room for insulation and found that some of the walls and floors had not been done. George agreed to do them for me while he was on site for no extra charge. I ended up paying him a little extra for add on work but it was not expected. Overall it was a great experience and George was great to work with. I would definitely use them again and I would also recommend them.

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THEIR PRICE WAS VERY COMPARABLE. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE AND PUNCTUALITY.
