In addition, he gave us verbal and texted us directions on how to care for our yard in the next 30 days, as well as how to avoid the same problem in the future.
The raised bed was great and he did a great job. The area around the fountain with rocks and plants looked good but didn't work out well. He put in a pretty grass plant that wound up spreading out. The shaded area under my tree he put in hosta and that area still looks great. However the plants that he put in the raised bed I have removed all except two. I don't think we had t
he same vision on plants. I was very upset around the grass the spread out through the rocks. It's now 2 years later and I'm still trying to pull it out. I think that the company was good, but more detailed communication about plants would have been better. As for pricing, we did negotiate. He is not the cheapest (which I believe his website even says), but he does very quality work. I would recommend him to anyone.
"Everytime I winterize their sprinkler system I take joy in the quality results of their deck, retaining wall, sprinklers and overall yard design. I appreciate the Member's and the trust they place in our company to let us reshape their landscape to meet their family needs. I do appreciate the feedback on the $120 cleanup charge. I will improve on how I communicate those type of charges upfront so I can offer a flawless experience for you and others. Thank you and have a blessed Thanksgiving and Christmas."
