After several calls to the provider, someone returned my call and made an appointment for me to receive a flooring estimate after she assured me that they had products that could beat the price I had already found. No one showed up for the appointment. I called, and the same lady answered the phone and said that it was all a mistake and she would be happy to reschedule the appointment. the next day, I was called and told that there was another scheduling error and we rescheduled AGAIN. Friday evening, when my 3rd appointment had been set, after being 30 minutes late, I called the company, and a woman who was the sales representative had gotten stuck in traffic apparently. Since I had plans later in the evening, we rescheduled AGAIN for the next day. The next day, the sales lady was late again, because she had trouble finding the house. After measuring my home, we were still hoping to attend our plans for later that Saturday afternoon. The sales lady came in from her vehicle and informed us that she forgot to place the flooring samples in her car, so we weren't even able to look at any products. The sales person promised that she would have samples left at my door by Wednesday. I called her on Tuesday to re-verify that I am waiting on the samples still. She assured me that she would have them to my house by THURSDAY.... which was 4 days ago. I have called the company during business hours again today, and there is just the answering machine again.

It was getting close to my move-in date, and the last thing to handle was the bathroom tiling. I asked Victoria, who was also installing new carpeting, to take care of everything herself and make this job happen by the time I moved in. I was not disappointed. Victoria picked out tiles that complimented perfectly my new paint job, cabinetry and new carpeting. Her tile partner, Eric, worked quickly and efficiently in the unit to finish the job in the tight time-line remaining. Eric worked like a champ, and did a superb job installing the tile. I can't be more pleased with the work. Victoria and Eric did a super job of coordinating colors, work schedules and delivery of materials. What a great team. Highly recommended for their personal touch and professionalism.
