He called upon discoverying that he would arrive a little late. Arrived at the slightly delayed time and immediately went to work. Moved a heavy table. Upon finishing the cleaning he sprayed the traffic areas and places that previously had spots. The carpets looked like new! The room also smelled great - fresh not like a chemical.

Considering how long it had been since my last carpet cleaning, CJ's work exceeding my expectations.

A search for high quality carpet cleaning led our family to CJ's. They are personable as well as professional and we are fortunate to have found them.

He is very thorough and does a good job, so I was happy. I like that he got out some of the spots that I was concerned about. He was very thorough, it wasn't a quick job and he didn't charge me any additional fees. A lot of companies give an estimate for a low fee and then hit you with all these extra charges for spots that they find and different chemicals that they should use, but CJ's doesn't do that. He stayed within the price he quoted me, and did an excellent job.

This was the second time I used Craig to clean my carpets. I have used other (cheaper) companies and they never match Craigs quality and superior customer service. I called at the last minute before the Thanksgiving Holiday and he graciously fit me in. All I needed was the high traffic areas and walking areas deep cleaned. I chose not to move and have him clean under some of the furniture due to the time constraint (i.e., beds, stereo cabinet, computer desks, etc.). ALL of the stains and dirty marks came out of my carpet. It looked brand new. He also cleaned the carpets of our classic 1975 Lincoln Continental. This was after we paid a competitor in Maple Valley to clean the carpets (the competitor did not do a good job, as there was dirt and food debris still in the carpet). When Craig was done with the Lincoln, the emerald green carpet was once again beautiful and CLEAN! CJ's Super Clean is a MUST-USE for any carpet cleaning! Craig is well worth his price!

CRAIG HELPED ME LOCATE A COMPETITIVE CARPET AND LINOLEUM. HIS CREW WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE TO REPLACE THE FLOORING ALREADY IN PLACE. AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETE, CRAIG CUT SOME OF THE REMAINING CARPET TO CREATE PROTECTIVE RUGS IN HEAVILY UTILIZED AREAS.
