He expressed a willingness to do my new home and in floor heating hydronics. After many discussions, we came to an agreement and he proceeded to do the work. Instead of compressing the pipes with air, he did it with water. Knowing that the in floor heating pipes would be exposed to harsh, sub-zero weather. When the house plumbing was completed, a leak developed on the 3rd floor. Mr. Franklin fixed it and the damaged was minimal. When we moved in, we tried to activate the hydronics. The pipes were frozen and punctured. He made an attempt to fix it. He dug about 10 holes in the concrete and realized that the pipes would require complete repair and concrete removal. We attached the washer and dryer and a leak then developed. We called him in to look at it, but he said that he would not work on my home again. I would never let him work on my home. Mr. Franklin should not be trusted to do any job, whether to remodel, new construction, or fix it.
Description of Work: The owner, Mark Franklin, installed plumbing and hydronics in my home. Almost all of the projects have developed leaks. He was not licensed at the time and does not have a license number.

He did everything great. They were all very knowledgeable. The owner did not do the work; he had a journey man plumber do most of the work, who was very knowledgeable. We haven t actually turned the plumbing on yet, but it went great. There weren t any real snags in the process. He was actually one of the cheaper bids we got.
Description of Work: We were in the process of doing a remodeling job in our bathroom and we wanted everything to be new. He redid the plumbing and moved a couple of pipes to accommodate the new location of the sinks and toilet. They also redid the plumbing for our washer and dryer, which had been moved into the garage. He installed a bathtub for us in our master bathroom as well. The work was done in 4 days.
