The salesmen came to our house to demo the product and set up a system appropriate for our home and needs. The salesmen also quoted us the price for product, installs, and annual fee for service. We called to have the system installed and the installer was out the next day. The install took a little longer than expected but the gentlemen was friendly and efficient. The alarm did not work after the installation and the installer returned the next day to fix and finish. The system now works as it should.

We called Brinks, who described their system and services in detail before giving us a quote for installation and service. A date was scheduled for installation one week later. The technician arrived on time and consulted with us on all installation areas and aesthetic issues. The system took several hours to install, but he did a very thorough job and addressed all of our issues and concerns. He did a great job cleaning up after and also made sure that we completely understood how to use the system before leaving.

Was quite a difficult process. Required multiple long phone calls, temporarily canceling some services on my home telephone service. After two days and about 6 hours on the phone, they decided that their system is analog and Qwest is digital so they could not make the change electronically over the phone. They had to send out a technician to make the change. They did not bill me for any services because of the problems we had and the fact that I've had the system for 20+ years.

We had a home security system installed on our rental. We got bids from three companies but were impressed with the response and value from Brinks. The system was installed on the date given, and the installer was very polite and informative.

THEY RUN A TEST THROUGH THEIR CENTRAL OFFICE, WHERE THEY TAKE ALL THE CALLS. IT TAKES ABOUT TWO MINUTES AND THEY ARE EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. IT'S WELL WORTH THE PRICE, FOR THE PEACE OF MIND.

BRINKS HOME SECURITY CAME OUT PROMPTLY AND SET UP MY NEW CODE FOR MY SECURITY SYSTEM. THE TECH. EXPLAINED THE SYSTEM AND WALKED ME THROUGH OPERATING IT. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY.

THE SALES MAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, WITHOUT PUSHING US TO BUY THE EXPENSIVE PRODUCT BRINKS CAN OFFER. HE GAVE US VERY DETAILED INFORMATION HOW THE SYSTEM OPERATES. HE ALSO DEMONSTRATED THE OPERATION SEVERAL TIMES TILL EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE UNDERSTOOD THE SYSTEM.

SERVICE WORKERS HAVE BEEN PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. WHEN CALLING TO MAKE AN INQUIRY ABOUT AN ALERT ON MY SYSTEM, THEY WERE ALSO VERY HELPFUL AND TOLD ME HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT MY SYSTEM.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE IN OUR HOME. THE TECHNICIANS WERE PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH OUR SECURITY SYSTEM. THEY ALSO MONITOR FOR US AND THAT WORKS GREAT TOO.

BRINKS SUPPLIES A QUALITY PRODUCT AND THEY ARE CAREFUL WITH YOUR HOME WHEN INSTALLING. THEY MANAGE TO HIDE WIRES AND CONNECTIONS. THE PRODUCT WORKS WELL AND MONITORING IS CONSISTENT.

WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH OUR SERVICE. IT GIVES US PEACE OF MIND WHEN WE ARE AWAY FROM HOME AND THE PERSONNAL ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.
