Eric VanderWaal was very forthright and honest in providing his opinion about the possibility of obtaining a VA appraisal for the house we are discussing. First he clarified that the appraiser hired to evaluate the property has the only opinion that matters and he declined my offer to pay for a visit to the property as he felt that would be a waste of our money. He spent over 20 minutes with me on my phone call and I am grateful for the guidance and counsel that he provided. I will definitely offer a recommendation that people looking for an appraiser should feel confident in contacting Bridgeport Appraisals.

WHEN I CALLED, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ON THE TELEPHONE. THE RESPONSE TIME FOR AN APPT. AND THE ACTUAL APPRAISAL WAS VERY QUICK AND THOROUGH. I DO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE IN THE FUTURE.
