I got Robert's voicemail, he called me back right away. I explained how I had "tried" to clean up some pee stains and they were worse than before, we were going out of town and I was worried they'd set...blah blah blah. Robert talked me through what I could do and let me know he would call me back to schedule an appt. We scheduled the appt. for 8:30AM the day after we returned from our trip. Robert was on time, pre-treated the stains, got the rest of his gear out. Before he went to work we discussed the cost, he "sold" me the scotchgard treatment (YES!). He took care to tell us to be careful upon going down the (wood) stairs from the damp carpet, put an old towel down on the top step for us. The carpet looks amazing. I can't even tell where the stains me and my dog made were. He was nice & polite, did the job in a timely and professional manner. The invoice mentions the many other services Bergum's provides, I would use them for any number of those things. We love dogs AND clean carpet. Thank you Bergum's
