TV Repair
I was watching TV and all of sudden there was a flash and a thin white line ran across the screen. It lost its vertical hold. Benson electronics answered my questions promptly and gave an estimate over the phone. I was able to schedule an appointment to my convenience and I didn t have to wait long. The place is not real clean and it seems crowded. They are very responsive and their guys are excellent technicians.

TV Repair
MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. I DID NOT ACTUALLY RECEIVE MY TELEVISION BACK BECAUSE SOMEONE CAME IN AND PAID THE 38.00, SIGNED MY NAME AND STOLE MY TV. I STILL HAD THE CLAIM CHECK, SO THEY RELEASED MY TV WITHOUT CHECKING THE TICKET AND THEN DIDN'T WANT TO REPLACE IT. EVENTUALLY THEY DID, BUT IT WAS A BATTLE.
