 + -1 moreI was watching TV and all of sudden there was a flash and a thin white line ran across the screen. It lost its vertical hold. Benson electronics answered my questions promptly and gave an estimate over the phone. I was able to schedule an appointment to my convenience and I didn t have to wait long. The place is not real clean and it seems crowded. They are very responsive and their guys are excellent technicians.
Description of Work: They replaced a circuit board for my TV.

 + -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. I DID NOT ACTUALLY RECEIVE MY TELEVISION BACK BECAUSE SOMEONE CAME IN AND PAID THE 38.00, SIGNED MY NAME AND STOLE MY TV. I STILL HAD THE CLAIM CHECK, SO THEY RELEASED MY TV WITHOUT CHECKING THE TICKET AND THEN DIDN'T WANT TO REPLACE IT. EVENTUALLY THEY DID, BUT IT WAS A BATTLE.
Description of Work: I TOOK MY 27 INCH TELEVISION IN TO HAVE THE CABLE ATTACHMENT PLUG REPAIRED BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT ALLOW THE CABLE LINE TO BE ATTACHED.
