Overall, they were easy to work with: punctual, professional, on time, and, for the most part, the workmanship was outstanding. Unfortunately , the base was either subject to a manufacturing flaw or poor installation as it does not drain properly. The slope is off, so a rather sizable and annoying puddle forms while showering and does not drain completely. In fact, if I don't squeegee it out, it remains for days. The installer did return to evaluate but essentially blamed it on the poor construction and uneven concrete slab under my first floor and said they could do nothing.
On the whole, I'm very happy with the shower stall and its functionality. But be sure to test the performance before signing off on your job.
