It was great!! The technician was professional and personable. He included me every step of the way to be sure it was the way I ordered it and wanted it. I had to reschedule some days and they worked with me to stay close to the original time frame. From the sales rep to the home office to the technician was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone!!

It all went well. Paul Rogers was the installer and was professional and did the job well. Trish Werner was my Design Consultant and worked well for me as well. I'm happy with the product.

Paul was a fabulous installer. I received a telephone call before arrival. He carefully covered the floors in the house where he was going to walk. Set up a work station outside of the garage to cut materials to size. Easily removed our old tub and tub surround. Re-did some plumbing to accommodate the new fixtures. Installed new green board on the walls of the shower. He protected existing surfaces in the bathroom from damage while working and hauled away the old tub and surround. He beautifully and skillfully installed the new shower pan and walls, fixtures, shower seat and shelves to perfection. And his clean up was spot on. It was amazing to see such a dramatic remodel of the shower in such a short time. Thank you Paul for doing such a fabulous job. We would definitely recommend Bath Planet to others.

Great! Removed bathtub & surround. Installed new shower, surround and sliding glass doors. Work was completed in two days time, including clean up of work areas.

Installer, Mike was prompt. efficient and courteous in the installation of a news shower in our guest bathroom. At the end of each workday he left his work spaces neat and clean. We look forward to his return to replace a bathtub and install another shower in our master bathroom.

I was truly amazed at the time and effort my installer took to ensure my ADA handles and seat were properly installed and he showed me along the way during construction the extra supports he was installing so I had peace of mind knowing how secure I was going to be. My estimator Trish was outstanding in helping with all my needs and helped me pick out the most amazing shower and accessories and took my current handicap and the future of my needs into great consideration. Bath planet went above and beyond during this pandemic and obtained the approvals from the state to get my work done because they knew my current shower was unsafe and unusable for me and they showed true concern for my safety. I have another project for them and I’m looking forward to designing and building that one out also! I’m six foot one inches and I have been ducking to get into a shower my entire adult life, this shower is taller than I am and for the first time I can stand in the door of the shower and still have plenty of room above my head! No more water on the floor! Thank you Bath Planet!!!

They did what was promised to be done, the installer was great and its was all done professionally.

Matt Adams installed our new walk in shower. Old tub and wall was removed and disposed of. Matt was efficient and very personable. His workmanship is flawless. Bath Planet is a little pricey but product & service well worth it.

Brian and his helper Kelly arived at 8:00 am (which was an hour early and some what inconvenient) and finished by about 3:00 pm. Both men were very friendly but were efficent workers. They put paper over the carpet, cleanned afterwards, hauled away the old tub and all of the trash.

The installer was very professional and friendly. He explained the steps of his work as the project progressed. He was on time and completed his work in one day.. Arriving around 8 am and finishing a little after 5 pm.

Randy arrived on time, was extremely respectful of us and our home. He worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly.
