Tried to convince us we needed to spend $1,200 for a whole new system, of what I don't recall, we just needed to have the sink unplugged. My biggest regret, I didn't tell him to "GET OUT!!!" We wound up spending $490 and he tried to make us believe he was us saving money. We will NEVER call them again. We will stick with the outfit down the street from us who only charged $166 (day after Thanksgiving, no less), for the same job Beacon charged $490.
