She was very effective and efficient and does her research. And she takes good care of her clients. I saw her do that with other people, and I ended up referring a lot of people to her also, for her outstanding customer service.
She is personable, pays attention to her customers, listens, instead of selling what she wants to sell, she finds out what their needs are. She listens and she respects you.
