ASAP Quality Repair Inc

This company is amazing. I am a superintendent for a nationwide builder. This company always go above and beyond and gets things done ahead of our compressed schedule. I have never been able to see where the damage is after repairs. I have also seen a repair that was done over 3 years ago and it has never failed. Shout out to Daulton and Paul. These guys rock!

Great! I was able to get an estimate by emailing pictures to the office. Scheduling was quick, although weather dependent due to the repair, so Kay checked the weather to make sure it wasn't going to be raining. Paul arrived promptly at the beginning of my appointment window and had the repair done in about an hour. He did excellent work, you can't even tell there was ever a hole in the frame!

Paul arrived on time and was very helpful! He inspected the areas that needed repair and determined the most appropriate course of action to correect them. Instead of just going forward with the repair as we originally planned, he suggested a more innovative solution to the problem that will not only save me money, but provide a better long term solution to my problem! What an awesome and honest way to run a business!!

I really appreciated his professional and helpful advice, and I will use his company in the future for any repair needs I have.

From the scheduling right through to completion, ASAP was tops! I'd bonked the top rim of our fiberglass soaking bathtub with the metal hose on our vacuum cleaner and made a small hole (about the size of a quarter). I got three bids to repair the hole. One of them came in at $400, one at $200, and ASAP's was $137. Other companies were scheduling 2 weeks out. ASAP scheduled us within two days. Kirk, our tech, arrived on time. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable (he explained that it was actually a factory defect - not enough fiberglass filling in the tub so when I smacked the side, it caved in). I showed him a prior scratch repair in the tub that had been poorly done and a small defect in the shower, and he said he would fix both for an additional $50, which I felt was quite fair. When Kirk was finished, he cleaned up the area so it was spotless. Best of all, he did a stellar job. I dare you to find where the hole was (or the scratches or the defect in the shower). I would use ASAP again in a heartbeat!
(Also, be advised that the smell from the chemicals used in reparation can be pretty pungent, so close/cover registers and move pets away from the area - Kirk was great about keeping the smell contained in the bathroom area).
