The house was a dump when we moved in. That was fine as we are a large family with young kids. Granted too, it was not in better shape when we left. However, the agent and the owner refused to work with us and put us on the street for two weeks with 6 kids and 2 dogs. To add insult to injury, the agent says we will be charged $150 for hole repairs and $250 for painting. Many holes were there when we moved in and the paint job was incomplete when we moved in. She also is charging us $300 for flea treatment because, she claims, she was bit by fleas while doing the move out inspection. This seems like a bald faced lie. We lived there with our dogs for a year and we never saw even 1 flea. I believe this company and it's agents/owners are rude, vindictive, and dishonest. I am very grateful we DIDN'T use their agent for our home purchase.
