workers came on day scheduled, we moved into a hotel for what was suppsoe to be 3-4 days, ended staying a week. Never showed up or showed up very late on weekends. Days would come late and leave early. Left a pile of garbage on my lawn for so long the police came and ordered removed, stained my carpet with lettering on plastic to protect carpet, left molding unstained, stained the wrong color, but mostly put molding up before staining them, laundryroom has no stain on them. Suppose to install NEW molding, but used old moldings instead. Ceiling in bathroom shows the seams, caulking around tub bottom is sloppy, carpet near bathroom floor is ripped and shredded, Refused to do the job as ordered and made us the bad guy for wanting perfection. don't hire this company!!!

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago for an estimate. After a no-show, I called the rep directly and his number was disconnected. I called the main number and was informed that the rep was no longer with the company and they have no record of my scheduled appointment. I was offered another appointment, but declined.

We signed a contract but did not specify brands on everything. When "designer" came to measure for cabinets, he really didn't listen to all our requests. He seemed anxious to get it over with--with the result that the upper cabinets didn't go to ceiling as we wanted and some of the requests for extras--like 1 slide out cabinet and "racks" for baking pans went unheeded. To Approved's good name, he was not their employee but the employee of the cabinet company. As for the brands we thought we were getting,upon better reading of what we signed, we realized it said "like Brand A "so we still got a good set of cabinets but not quite what we were expecting. Approved quickly got after the cabinet company when the error on cabinet height was discovered and we lost just a few days because of that problem. After the old pantry was demolished, heating ducts were discovered in the walls. Approved quickly had a professional heating company come and move the ducts. The cabinets and countertops were installed by the companies that provided them but the rest of the work was done by employees of Approved. The project from start to finish took about 5 weeks, ab out a week longer than estimated. If I were to do it again, I would-- Read the contract better. Set dates in writing, not just by word of mouth--there was a bit of confusion about when work was to start. Yes, I would use them again.

They didn't even put a tarp down when they were tearing all the debris off my roof. They got trash everywhere. I asked if I should take the stuff out of my attic first and they said not to worry about it. They then got debris all over my stuff.

Before any of the work was started I told them that my daughter is sick and if she is ever having a bad day they can't come to work. He agreed to that. He did almost every window wrong. They came back without calling and I told him, "I'm sorry my daughter is sick," so he said, "Then give me my money." I said, "You need to do it right first," and he said "Well you won't let us." And that is the last I ever saw them.

We are very happy with the work. They did a great job. I felt like the price was fair. They were professional and courteous. They worked hard. They worked through rain and cold.

We purchased a home that had a deck off the master bedroom upstairs. This deck had been leaking probably since the home was built in 1999. We called this company to fix the leak by installing a roof over it. They determined that the only way to do be sure the leak was fixed was to completely remove the entire deck as well as the siding, flashing, etc. They were absolutely right, there was water damage all the way down. They removed the old deck, railing, siding, drip edge flashing and installed all new materials making sure it would not leak again. They also repaired the damage done to the dining room ceiling below and painted it all. As a bonus they cleaned all the gutters and sealed three windows that were also a problem. These guys were super!!! I can't say enough good about this company. They knew their job and were very professional. We were given a warranty as well as a small refund because the job took longer than they estimated. We have had NO further leaking!!

The work started on time and took 21 days to complete. They worked hard to get us a working toilet (we had to move to a hotel for a week), even though they had to take it out while still working on the room. They did need to be pushed a little to get the work completed, and there were a couple days when they didn't show here since they had other projects they were working on. There were a few minor issues that they were very willing to take care of, but in the end, the work was done to our satisfaction and we would hire them again if we have any other projects to do.
