Concrete Repair
Larry came out to make some cuts in the concrete around our house so
that we could remove parts of it. He did a good job on the work he completed and
promised to come back and make a cut on a smaller area with a smaller
saw that he didn't have on hand. After 2 months of waiting and calling
with no response we started our pavers project leaving the area that
needed to be cut open. When we finally reached him about 3 months after
he promised to return. He said he dropped by but no one was home. He did not call before stopping by. He said
he saw the start of the pavers project and figured we no longer needed
the cut. He was very rude and loud on the telephone and acted as if it was my fault for not being home when he stopped by. Regardless he again promised to come
and make the final cut. He has never come to make the final cut. The
minimum charge to have someone come out and make cuts is about 300
dollars so we are now in the position of having to get another concrete
cutting company out or having to rent a saw and do it ourselves for
about $100.
We made the mistake of paying the full price on
completion of the first part of the job. Though Larry did good work on
the other cuts he made, he has never completed the job. His customer service was very poor and downright
rude. I would not recommend American
