Will not get Amarr again. Purchased through Costco. Installation went well. Window frames along top of door began deteriorating just after the 5 year warranty expired in 2022. Now all frames are cracked through at the corners. Amarr unresponsive for help. Will probably have to replace the door once it reaches 8-10 years old.

We called the company Amarr Garage Doors and the person was responsive and came as scheduled for the estimate. He seemed knowledgeable and gave us our options and said to call him if we decided to move forward. When we did call that's when things started to go bad. We called him a few times, got his voice mail, he never called us back. We called the company directly and got someones voice mail twice. Finally when I indicated we were going to give our feedback to Costco someone called. The woman indicated the man who came out no longer worked for them and was unapologetic for any problems we had. The only reason we kept with them was the Costco price. Ordering and installation went fine, but when we hooked up our preexisting openers one of the doors wouldn't shut. We noticed that one of the guide rails was off an inch and a half. We called and talked to the guy that installed them and he seemed resistant to coming out to check on it. My husband ended up fixing it himself.

Purchased new garage door through Costco program. Costco contracts with Amarr doors to provide the doors. Barry McWillimas was our sales rep from Amarr, he was outstanding. We are very happy with the garage door. Our door was not installed by Amarr, they contracted with George's in Everett. The installer was 3 hours late but in the end we were very happy with the service. We did get 3 other estimates for doors and the Costco program was the least expensive!

AMARR CAME OUT ON THE WEEKEND AND DID THE WORK. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME MORE FOR THE WEEKEND WORK AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DID THE JOB EFFICIENTLY AND LEFT NO MESS AT ALL. GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

DAVID STEPHENS THE INSTALLATION MANAGER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL OVER THE PHONE AND CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THE DOOR IS IN GREAT WORKING CONDITION.
