All Sound Construction

My property was heavily damaged from the windstorm in December 2006, including complete destruction of my large garage. The original contractor failed to show up about a week after starting the work, and I had to locate a qualified replacement contractor to rebuild the garage and fix the massive damage to the house from four falling trees. All-Sound Construction was one of the contractors I contacted to assess the damage & provide an estimate of repair costs. As I was speaking with John & going over the damage and repair process, I could tell right away that All Sound's approach was down to earth. John & Russ were up-front as to their method of operation, quality standards, and approach to working with the customer. This no-BS approach really appealed to me and I felt like I was dealing with a neighborhood business, rather than an impersonal corporation. My gut-feeling told me that these folks were the ones to hire; however like any smart consumer I did my due-diligence and checked out their references, license & bond status, and BBB rating. Everything checked out and I hired them to take care of the damage. Despite ongoing payment delays with my insurance company (thanks for nothing Farmer's), John & Russ completely worked with me during the whole project to handle the repairs in a timely manner while still preserving quality on both my house and new garage. They have been very helpful advising on other house issues while the repairs were being done, and at no time did I ever feel like I was being "sold" something I did not need. Russ showed up 1/2 hour after I called him on a Sunday morning after my roof started severely leaking - through absolutely no fault of their own. About 10 minutes later, John arrived and they both patched the roof with absolutely no charge to me. John & Russ are rare breed amongst contractors; as a business professional it is clear to me that they are interested in building long-term trust and quality rather than out there to make a quick buck. All-Sound Construction is not the cheapest out there, nor are they the fastest, but when it comes to taking care of one's largest investment, they really do live up to their motto - "Fast As Quality Allows"
