I can't say enough good things about this company. When I didn't hear anything from the service man after my one hour window had expired, I called to find out what had happened. Chris got on the phone and told me he would call right back. He did, and explained that they "screwed up" and would have a person at my house in 40 minutes. He also said that he would give me a nice discount on the price of repair as a result of my inconvenience.
The service tech was very knowledgeable and professional and got my door back in operation in about 30-40 minutes. I am extremely happy with the job and the company and would recommend them to anyone.

The customer's request was to get in our schedule for a service call in the next year - my response was/is the new door's won't need a service call in the next year - I asked him to wait until there was an issue - he didn't respond to that. We won't change our policy on this. Chris"
