Charged over $150 to look at septic system.  Then they mailed bill to the wrong address and although they had our email and phone numbers, they made no attempt to get a bill to our correct address (of over 20 years) or send one by email but instead turned it over to a collection agency.  We didn't see a copy of the bill until over a year later when I found out that my credit score had dropped by 156 points due specifically to this action, thus increasing an equity loan interest rate for son's college expenses by 2%.  Managed to get the collection action deleted from credit bureaus only after two days of phone calls, letters, emails and extreme stress.
