They do a great job cleaning our house and they have regular service which we totally want.

I expected a thorough cleaning of my house and was very disappointed. I would definitely not recommend this company and will never use them again. They charged me 420.00 to clean my house and did a poor job of it. I had to go around and clean after them. They never mopped the floors. In the agreement they were to include the stove and referigerator and after they said the job was complete I pointed out that they never did clean the stove or the referigerator. They said they didnt have time because they needed to go on to another job. I pointed out that the floors still had dirt all over them and they went around and just cleaned the spots I showed them. After a while I got frustrated with that and just ended up mopping the floors myself after they left. Later I noticed white streaks on my wood cabinets and then I remembered that I saw them cleaning my wood cabinets with the same sponge they used to clean the kitchen. Now I have permanent scratches in my wood cabinets.
I called the company when I got the bill because the cleaning was 100.00 more than the original estimate even though they said they would take off for the oven and stove cleaning that never got done. They told me that there was nothing they could do about it.
This is a very unprofessional company and I would not recommend them to anyone under any circumstances.

I used a coupon and that was really reasonable. Their regular prices are pretty high. They were excellent.
