Both times they arrived later than expected. Both times they did unfinished work. First time they only dusted selectively. Second time they did not vacuum all the flooring and it was apparent they did not mop. After them being gone for 3 short hours I came home and filled the vacuum canister and mopped. The mop water was filthy. I sent her photos and she only had strange excuses. That they used their own vacuume ( doesnâ  t explain why my vacuum was full after I vacuumed) And she told me that if I mopped again then the floor would still be dirty ( absolutely strange) Other excuse was she was focusing on other parts of the home and said she wasnâ  t paying attention to what the other girls were doing. I Normally would not give a bad review but she wouldnâ t believe me when I told her these things. Basically calling me a liar without saying the words. Very unprofessional.

Vieira’s cleaning services were quick, efficient and professional! This was our first experience with them and we were happy with the cleaning and look forward to continuing the services.

As soon as they were done cleaning, I double checked everything. The downstairs floors look like they had not been cleaned at all. The rugs were not vacuumed, there were crumbs still on the floor, and large spots that weren't mopped up. The sink had a big dirty spot still in it, and lots of other small dirty spots as well. I complained that there were lots of dirty spots, and the owner responded by saying sure we did a great job.

Vieiraâ s Cleaning is wonderful! Ticiane, Naida, and Anna clean our home weekly. They are quick but incredibly thorough. They pay attention to detail, check in with you after their service to make sure youâ re happy, and they are friendly but very professional. Paying online or via Venmo is incredibly convenient. Their prices are incredibly well set considering their top notch service. We will continue to use their service as long as we live within their service range.

They are fantastic. Not only only did they clean my house, including my patios and garage. But they helped me organize as well.

I am currently in the hospital with a broken arm., from the first conversation with Tecana please forgive the misspelling of her name. So warm and kind. I felt they would do a good job and was not disappointed. They went above and beyond. So glad they will becoming biweekly. To keep it in shape. Thank you again Betty Schumann
