I paid for that, they charged me. I use the synthetic, which is what my car kind of requires, or is called for, anyway, and the last time I had it done it was, like, $65 or $70. It was rather expensive. I have taken my Sequoia in -- completely factory vehicle, no modifications done to it at all or anything. I went in for a tire repair and they said that they don't do the tire repairs anymore. They said that my vehicle had the wrong wheels on it -- it was, like, different wheels; they said were, like, 22-inch wheels and that vehicle didn't come with 22-inch wheels and they were actually 24-inch wheels and it does come factory with those in the platinum series. So, anyway, their knowledge of their own vehicles -- and it's a dealership -- I mean, was poor. When i expressed this to the lady on the phone I said I am looking at my vehicle right now and my wheels are 24-inch wheels and I Iooked it up online and that is what came stock with my vehicle. We bought it new, it's never been touched by anybody else and she argued with me. She was, like, nope, nope, you don't know what you are talking about, I mean, like, kind of rudely. So I was, like, okay, thank you for your non-service. So that particular person still works there, but I don't deal with her at all. I talk to another service person and he is the one who kind of handles all my stuff for me. Aside from that one person they do pretty well. I will continue to use them because they are the only Toyota dealership in the area here. The one person I deal with takes pretty good care of me and the mechanics and stuff do A pretty good job. I purchase my car there in 2011.

We spent a lot of time having to prove to them that they cracked my windshield when they replaced a part in my car.

The service was extremely good. First of all, I was able to schedule an appointment just a couple of days out from when I called, which was very helpful since we were leaving on a long driving trip at the end of the following week. Then, they completed the 30,000 mile service very quickly and efficiently and I was able to retrieve my car in the early afternoon even though my appointment was at 8:30am. I thought the price was extremely good for a 30,000 mile service. I expected it to cost more. The technicians were helpful and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use them again.

Noel Torres was the Sales Consultant that I worked with at the dealership. Noel was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and was very patient and helpful in providing answers and allowing me to take my time in reviewing the vehicles. Noel did not try any "hard-sell" tactics. I felt he was there to help me decide and not just trying to sell me something. The service department for Toyota of Tri-Cities has been great in the past. I bought my previous car from them and all of the service was done by them. Appointments were easy to make, and they kept them on time. If not in a hurry, their drop in service hours are also excellent. Everybody there is friendly and helpful.

Scheduled a month in advance. Went in. I was expected. Oil change took apx 30 minutes and they washed vehicle as a courtesy. While waiting free beverages and cookies were available.
Service people were courteous and knowledgeable about the service my vehicle required.

Service is getting better. In the past there were several items overlooked, but it appears that the shop is getting better. Waiting room is comfortable and wait time is usually pretty short. If you have a Toyota that requires specialized oil, they are the only place to have a reasonably priced oil change.

I have always had a good experience with them; they just try to accommodate you, do everything you ask and they show you what they did- I'm well pleased with them.

I also bought two cars there. We have four cars and they do all the maintenance and repairs on all of them. They are pretty quick. You can usually be in and out of there with in an hour. Their check out is thorough. One time they screwed up the air pressure in my tires. I call them and they came to me to fix it. I will continue to use their services.
