As a certified gemologist, Dennis has an incredible amount of information on a huge array of stones. Mark is a powerhouse of knowledge when it comes diamonds. Brandi is as sweet as a peach and an absolute pleasure to work with when purchasing any type of jewelry. The team at touchstone is a phenomenal group, 100% geared toward providing excellent service and superb quality jewelry at excellent prices. If they seem more expensive than the competition, they're not. Their prices tend to be higher but this is a reflection of the quality of their merchandise. You just can't find this level of jewelry anywhere else in the Tri-Cities or surrounding areas.
