Toby was the perfect match for us! We were first-time home buyers, and she walked us through every step from searching through closing, and she was was always available by text or voice. We were also new to the area and didn't have any idea of what our options were for our budget, so she showed us a house or two from a lot of different areas so we could begin to focus. Toby also sent us listings almost daily of places we could drive by just to learn about the neighborhoods and decide which ones we wanted to see. As we looked at multiple properties together, she listened to our likes and dislikes and helped us to narrow our search. If she had a prior commitment when we wanted to see a home, she quickly found someone who was willing to show the house to us. When we decided to make an offer, she gave us some options and considerations for being successful, which was very helpful in this seller's market. We welcomed her expertise about things to watch for in older homes, potential permitting issues with re-mods, and being mindful of comparable properties ("comps"). Overall, what was initially a very intimidating process turned out to actually be fun and educational with Toby, and we ended up with a home we love.

Found a place I might like. Helped me in the bidding process. Walked me through the paperwork. Helped seal the deal for my new home. Provided me lots of help with painting, carpet, and flooring people to be able to move in a timely manner.

Toby responded immediately to my request for a meeting. She was available right away to visit with us. She respected our choices and encouraged us throughout the weeks we spent tidying up before listing our home. She helped us set a price. She communicated frequently while handling the marketing and paperwork. We enjoyed working with her and our house sold right away. We look forward to working with her again.

Toby was so helpful from the start when I call her she always return calls always kept me updated on things. Took of things since I was from another state so nice in every way.

Toby was our realtor when we relocated to the Tri-Cities area of Washington State from Virginia. I had to remain in Virginia for several months after my husband relocated to Washington so my husband would be house hunting on his own. Toby showed my husband several houses in Kennewick and Richland and helped him learn about the area. Meanwhile, she was also in contact with me throughout the process because we would be putting in a contract on a house without me seeing it. I asked her to look at these houses with a mom's eye and she did exactly that. I was pretty specific about the neighborhoods where we wanted to buy a house because I wanted my kids to attend one of three elementary schools. This limited the number of houses she could show us but she never tried to change our mind or show us something else instead. She measured spaces and cabinetry for me to see if my appliances would fit and she would let me know if it was a kid friendly house and yard. She was easy to work with and has a super friendly personality. She was open and honest and I trusted her immediately. I'm glad too because we ended up in a great house in an excellent school district.

she was very helpful and was there to answer all questions.  she was absent for about two weeks while she got married and was a surprised to me however she had another realter fill in for her during the absents.  All went good and the house sold.

We are still in process, but she has been just SPLENDID.  She has assiduously searched for homes which incorporate our wants and needs, and has been tireless in showing them to us.  She has also been more than helpful in getting our house ready for the market, and is offering the occasional peptalk to keep us going.  Toby is energetic, personable, knowledgeable and fun.  She knows her business.  I would gladly embark on any sort of real estate transaction with her.
